TRUMPINGTON PARK PRIMARY SCHOOL – A HEALTHY PRIMARY SCHOOL

At Trumpington Park Primary, we are committed to encouraging and supporting our children to adopt a healthy lifestyle. We strive to develop positive attitudes towards health, fitness and well-being through a carefully planned, engaging curriculum. Staff are skilled to deliver high quality PSHE lessons, which teach the importance of living a healthy, balanced life and our robust PE curriculum, ensures children have opportunities to foster a love of sport and fitness.

We understand the importance of prioritising health and fitness, as well as children’s mental and physical well-being which impact pupil achievement. As a school we are committed to improving standards through a physical, emotional, and social environment that is conducive to learning.

The following aims are central to ensuring that Trumpington Park is a healthy school.
